Katinka is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Herbalist, Labor Doula, and FAM educator. She founded Earth + Sky Healing Arts in 2001 with a vision to help people live to their fullest potential while staying rooted in the wisdom of the body. Inspired by her background in science, she has pursued numerous trainings in the healing arts. Her practice focuses on female reproductive health, pregnancy, and fertility, as well as integrative structural bodywork. She spends part of the year in Toronto, studying at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

Simone is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Labor Doula. She grew up in a small town in Brazil, surrounded by traditional medicine. Those experiences laid the foundation for her current practice as a bodyworker and massage therapist. After completing her degree in Massage Therapy at the Swedish Institute, Simone pursued certifications in Maya Abdominal Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology. She is also a Certified Labor Doula and Holistic Health Counselor. Simone’s work integrates of the wisdom of her roots and the depth of training in the healing arts.

Cynthia McCright is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Swedish Institute. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and has been a Long Island City resident for the past 5 years. Cynthia is very gifted in her understanding and approach to Deep Tissue Massage. She also enjoys doing deep relaxation massage which allows her the opportunity to apply acupressure and polarity techniques. She also holds a certification in Breast Massage. In addition to her passion for the healing arts, she also trains as a competitive weightlifter.

Carrie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. As a dancer, she was first drawn to massage as a means of self care for achy and overused muscles and joints. Carrie received her massage certification through Guilford Technical Community College in North Carolina in 2001, and then at Swedish Institute in New York in 2015. Her special interest in care for women during the childbearing years led her to seek special training in Prenatal and Postpartum massage techniques, and also in Labor Support as a Doula. She takes an anatomically specific approach to care for clients, using a firm and focused pressure to bring relaxation to overworked muscles. Carrie lives in Long Island City with her husband and son and continues to enjoy teaching and practicing dance.

Anna Kramer is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her work is informed by the holism of the osteopathic perspective, by her familiarity with Chinese Medicine meridians and concepts, and by her close knowledge of the worlds of techies, artists, caregivers, and those engaged in self-inquiry and spiritual practice. Her knowledge of Manual Lymphatic Drainage allows her to safely adapt sessions to the needs of cancer survivors. Anna seeks to support her clients in fostering an ever deeper connection with their body, as a path to physical freedom, heart’s joy, and full self-expression through a combination of technical precision and heart-centered presence.

Anna Mehlhop Strong is a Licensed Acupuncturist and dedicated practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She holds a Master’s Degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is licensed and registered to practice in New York State. Anna began her study of this ancient tradition after witnessing firsthand the healing effects of Chinese medicine. Her education included thorough training in the prescription of herbal medicinals, the diagnosis and treatment of health imbalances based on the theory of Chinese medicine, and a firm foundation in Western anatomy and physiology. She also completed a year-long internship at an acupuncture practice specializing in fertility, obstetrics, and pediatrics. Before moving to New York City, Anna was in private practice in the Chicago area from 2011-2015 successfully treating numerous patients for health issues ranging from musculoskeletal complaints, fertility difficulties, allergy and immune health, and stress and anxiety. She is happy to practice a medicine that offers maximum healing with minimum side-effects and enjoys being able to facilitate a patient’s journey to health.
